The North China Sea Branch of SOA Celebrates Its 40-year Anniversary
| July 1 of this year is the 40-year anniversary for the establishment of the North China Sea Branch of SOA. The North China Sea Branch held a ceremony to celebrate the anniversary in Qingdao, which was attended by the officials and personnel from the State Oceanic Administration (SOA), Qingdao Municipaly Party Committee, Qingdao Municipal People’s Congress, Qingdao Municipal People’s Consultative Conference, the North China Sea Fleet, and some Qingdao-based institutions, totaling more than 600 people. |
