The Appraisal committee unanimously believed that the remeasurement work gave a full play to the concept of "the Scientific Development Outlook", and required for the suggestion made by the responsible departments and the local governments' opinion on the specific geographical conditions, in order to coordinate the relationship between development, utilization and protection.
